We specialise in volumetric analyses using one of the worlds leading volumetric's software, leading the way in providing cost effective solutions for earthworks schemes we can provide you with the volumetric results fro your projects.

Tender Stage.

At tender stage we provide Original Ground Level Surveys (OGL’s) to start the whole process. Comparing your clients original surveys to your ground levels and advising what has changed and an overall volumetric appraisal of the two surveys.

Valuation Phase.

During the tender process we can analyse volumes based on construction Data, once we have ascertained both the existing ground thickness’s i.e. Topsoil removal, and the constructional thickness i.e. Concrete service yard thickness. We can provide volumetric reports based on thickness banding and provide ISOPACHYTE  drawings to assist  the site personnel in onsite planning of where “muck” is to be won and placed.

Post Contract Phase.

Accurate survey records are key to any potential claims, we can assist in checking quantity's submitted by sub contractors to help avoid unnecessary cost and potential arbitration. Integrity and professionalism are stands by which SurveySoft Engineering Lts Directors and staff live by.
